  Terrible service on there website bought thousands in parts never received an email confirmation once the purchase had been done and my money was taken, then tried to follow up for 2 days leaving messages and not one phone call was returned.
  when i finally did get hold of somebody my order still had not been processed and shipped this was 6 days later.
  when i spoke to somebody in the stores they couldn't find my order or a tracking number for my order i was then oh my mistake we are just packing it now.
  i said what has been the hold up i ordered the parts 6 days ago ? i was told we are busy and get to it when we can( very rudely)
  
  to sum it all up i believe that they are completely under staffed and need more hands on deck
  unfortunately i wont be coming back again in the future
  the service was just disgusting and not one person knew what was going on with my order very disappointing

  Very disappointed, specially asked the sales person about the Teflon washes after explaining the application. Mentioned that I usually get copper washes and he said this will be fine and are made as an alternative. After being skeptical the result is they completely failed. Would not shop at VPW again.
