- Ty Blink05.12.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible place. Do not EVER choose this nursing home. They do not care about patients or their wellbeing and ignore residents crying and screaming. The nurses get angry when family members come visit as they are 'annoying' and break the law in the care that they give. DO NOT support this nursing home.

Family member had been assessed by the Government as needing a supported place and so not needing to pay a lump upfront - pay for their room with a daily fee. But facility holds the room to ransom unless you come up with a lump of money! Totally against the rules!
Elder abuse before you even move in! - aanch0rs19.07.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Really dirty place, would never send a loved one there! Place is falling apart and smells really, really bad. Almost vomited when I walked in. I have been to many different aged care places and this is easily the worst. Rude staff who don't care about the patients! 0/5
